I finally started using my KitchenAid mixer!!!! Works wonders for making cookies!!!!!

- I'm a not-so-newly (over a year now!) married twenty something who is trying to better herself both inside and out. I am hoping that this blog will help me to remember from where I came and to where I am going. Life can throw us some weird negativity sometimes, and I don't want to dwell on that too much. I'm also a full time worker, part time student, which makes life full and interesting!

I'm telling you. . . THEY ARE AMAZING! I have been working on my cookbook, and I have a picture of my kitchen-aid in my acknowledgments! :) Kudos to you!

It has been very amazing, thus far. I've made a few batches of cookies with it--nothing else. Whoops!
Awesome!! I want one SO badly! D got me a Breadman bread machine for my birthday, so I am SO excited to use that first!
I want to make bread. That's one of the things I want to try to do, to live more simply...BUT I don't know if me getting another machine/gadget is so "simple." LOL
You can make bread gadgetless (well, use your kitchenaid for the mixing part. . . the kneading is therapeutic!)! I will send you my favorite bread recipe (honey oat). . . I had never made bread before two years ago, and now I make this stuff all the time. . . sooooooo good. :)
Awesome, I would love a bread recipe! And you're right, you can knead w/ the Kitchen Aid...
